  1. Is there any refund policy?


It has constantly been our pursuit to offer you nothing but the best, but when it comes to online sales, the buying process isn’t the same as in-store. The colours seen on your computer or mobile screen may vary from the actual outfit, which makes it difficult for us to refund if you are not satisfied with the product. This means we have a ‘No Refund’ policy for any kind of online sales at our store under any circumstances.


2. Can I Exchange product?


Yes, you can exchange your purchase product within 24 hours from the day you have received delivery with original condition, tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For Exchange and return confirmation kindly contact us within 24 hour after receiving delivery with product snaps. After that, it will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange the product you have to bear the cost of courier services.
